Our founder is a long-time sustainability strategist and advisor to the clothing, footwear and textiles sector. Kellie challenges global brands and innovative SME’s to push their ambition for a more sustainable industry fit for the challenges we face globally and supports them on their journey.

Design and product development is led by circular design expert, Janelle Hanna. Janelle has sharp creative and technical skills across the lifecycle of a garment, from design, development and sourcing to textile recovery, waste management and remanufacturing. Add to that, a deep knowledge of sustainability.

Owner of Colourways Textiles Ltd, Karandeep and his team make our t-shirts and sweatshirts at their factory in Leicestershire where everyone is paid a living wage and are passionate about creating quality product that stands the test of time.

Highly skilled manufacturers in the heart of East London, Blackhorse Lane Ateliers make our trousers. Led by Han Ates, they mix tailoring innovation and heritage construction to make high quality garments with community values at their core.

Arguably the most performance intensive garment for daily workwear, our cargo trousers are meticulously sampled by Anna Turmane in her production and sampling studio Fashionwide Ltd in Brixton, London.

With over 100 years skill and industry experience in pattern cutting and grading services, Bob Hobbs and his team provide exactly that to us for our products, through MIG pattern cutting services in London.

With precision and passion about her craft, Mona looks after the embroidery on our products at Bow Sewing Centre. Based on a housing estate in East London, Mona also gives sewing lessons as a form of creative therapy to women who have suffered domestic violence.

An Irish photographer and director based between London and New York, Neil Gavin documents people and communities in their truest form. Neil has allowed us to use imagery from his series that captures New York ironworkers in their daily working environment - images are used with their permission.

In her project 'Farm of Ideas', Rachel Jones documented workers on a small organic farm in Lejre, Denmark and allowed us to use her images to show what the beginnings of clothing supply chains can look like. Rachel is passionate about using photography to support environmental progress.

Bringing our locals to life, Lila Hamilton is the creative mind behind the look and feel of our brand and the community that makes it. Lila works solely with purpose led-businesses to help them communicate their impact through world-class graphic design and art direction.

Passionate about driving inclusivity in the creative industries, Aisha Ayoade helps us to articulate how we feel about what’s happening in the clothing industry and the importance of equitable solutions. A leading copywriter and editor specialising in sustainability, Aisha also heads up content at Yellowzine & Shop Sheba.

In our communications we use ‘Le Murmure’ an open source typeface from the Velvetyne Type Foundry. They believe that type design should be open and transparent. They also believe that it should not part of a market economy and they support the freedom to subvert its rules.
